To achieve this objective, our website design and development process incorporates accessibility features based upon the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1, Level AA (WCAG 2.1 AA) and Section 508 where applicable.
Alight employs multiple processes, tools and resources to enhance our website and increase accessibility and usability for all users. Our dedicated accessibility team designs and develops new webpages with WCAG 2.1 AA compliance standards built in. We are addressing legacy webpage types through conversion of such webpages with a roadmap to WCAG 2.1 AA compliance standards, as well as decommissioning and migrating users off legacy webpages.
To the extent that a user has difficulty accessing information on our website, we provide a call center for assistance to accommodate users with certain restrictions.
